Little Learners Program

Parent Educator

We have one full-time and one part-time position available at this time.  


  • Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field preferred, but may consider experience in lieu of degree

  • Prior teaching or home visitation experience required

  • Able to work day, evening and potentially some weekends

  • Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Publisher & Excel)


Responsibilities include: provision of monthly in-home educational visits to parents and children; facilitate group meetings; work closely with schools to recruit and maintain families; maintain accurate, complete and current records; community outreach regarding parent education; implement developmental screenings; make referrals to  community partners; and other duties.

Part-Time Wee Care Childcare Teacher

  • Must have a HS Diploma

  • Prior Daycare Experience preferred

  • Bachelor Degree in IECEC/ Child Studies or related field preferred

  • Must be able to lift 40lbs.

  • Must be able to work 5 hours a day at a minimum, 25 hours a week, MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00A - 6:00P



Responsibilities include: nurturing, teaching and providing a safe environment for children, organizing activities, and creating and implementing curriculum for children’s growth. Childcare teacher will also help children explore ideas, interests and talents, and help build positive character traits.

Supervised Visitation Coordinator


Position is full-time, with the expectation of 37.5 hours a week

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field preferred

  • Previous counseling and/or human services experience required

  • Ability to work with children, parents,  and a variety of professionals

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

  • Must be able to work evenings and every weekend

Responsibilities include: Intake of new clients, coordinate schedule with clients, monitor client visit and make written observations, provide documentation and reports to family court judges and other referral sources, provide monthly reports to maintain accurate and complete client records. 

Wee Care Childcare Director


Requirements for position must meet at minimum KY Licensing Regulations:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associates in Early Childhood Education and Development or related field

  • Proof of HS Diploma or GED

  • Prior experience working with children in a early childhood development program

  • Effective Communication Skills both verbal and written

  • Must be able to lift 40lbs.

Responsibilities include: Supervision of Staff, Manage facility daily operations, Implementing Classroom Curriculum, Maintain Confidentiality & Safety of Staff and Children.
