CURRICULUM

Wee Care provides an enriching environment for children who attend. We utilize the Creative Curriculum in all of our classrooms to address physical, educational and social/emotional development. In addition, we use the Parents As Teachers Center-based Model to encourage developmental progress. All children receive Brigance developmental screenings two times a year to assess progress being made toward kindergarten readiness, and each child then receives individualized activities based on their developmental level. Our staff partners with parents to provide regular feedback and encourage completion of these activities at home, and families are provided with semi-monthly group opportunities to connect and develop supportive relationships with one another.
